My computer is restarting (with a warning from Windows that gives me one minute) whenever I try to connect to the internet.

I've run several scans in safe mode and normal startup without wifi, and I'm unable to legitimately remove the virus. All software is up to date. I normally use Malware Bytes and AVG, but they can't remove it. I tried Avast to scan at boot up but I get the blue screen of death instead.
