If you can get into Windows in Safe Mode try System Restore.
1.
Click Start.
2.
Point to All Programs.
3.
Point to Accessories.
4.
Point to System Tools.
5.
Click System Restore.
6.
Follow the instructions on the wizard.
I'm in and managed to uninstall Online Armour, and all back to normal, many thanks for your help and speedy responses.
I have no idea why Online Armour would do that
