I've exhausted a lot of scanners such as Malware Bites, Spybot, Ad-Aware, SUPERAntiSpyware … Sigh, I am at the end of my rope. I run SpyBot and I get these same results:
  • BlueStreak
  • BurstMedia
  • CasaleMedia
  • DoubleClick
  • FastClick
  • MediaPlex
  • StatCounter
  • Win32.PornPopUp

My computer boots somewhat slower when I am trying to log in. The most frustrating thing that when I open a browser, it takes really long to load for the first time. Then afterwards, my browser is fine.

I check SpyBot to fix these files, but they come back when I restart. Here is the log using HiJack This:

Welcome to the forum….I'll give it my best shot.

Being you have all those chrome.exe running in your log….lets try this:

Download Bootkit remover to your desktop
This is a rar file if you do not have a programme to open it then download and install Peazip

Extract Remover.exe to your desktop
Right click Remover.exe and select Run as Administrator
It will show a Black screen with some data on it
Right click on the screen and select > Select All
Press Control+C
Open a notepad and press Control+V

Post the resultant log here please

  • Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post them if you need to start a new topic.
