Infected work computer

I ran HJT and printed the log, then attempted to download the ATF Cleaner and all sorts of malicious things started up….got porn icons on the desktop, constant redirect and failed IE pages loading. Tried to post the HJT log to another forum and it wouldn't post, so am trying here…..something called "Defense Center" just installed itself on this computer, maliciously I am sure. Would greatly appreciate any help….will be gone from work in 10 minutes but back on Monday and hoping not to have a horrible Monday fixing this all day. Any help would be great, assuming I can get the log to paste here…

Hi, we normally don't offer assistance for work computers, do you have an IT department? Do you store customer data on the infected machine? If so, a reformat is the safest way to protect your business data.
