Sometimes when I use mozilla firefox and login into gmail and try to secure things like change my password, firefox unexpectedly crashes. I've tried reinstalling firefox, but the same thing happens. I've seen this also happen when I try to do some online banking like transfer funds
My AVG anti-virus scan caught a trojan horse SHeur3.ZCN a couple days ago and i thought it got rid of it. It said it affected my svchost.exe file.
