Let me again say THANK YOU for all your patience and assistance. I certainly appreciate all your time. Do I need to remove all the programs I have installed from the add/remove list as they all seem to be in there?

I think the only program that should still be in your Add/Remove Programs is MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware. I highly suggest you keep this program and run an updated scan with it a few times a month.

When I hit the paypal button and donate, will the donation go to you and your time. If not, is there some way I can send it directly to you for all your assistance?

The donation button that is in my signature (bottom of each post of mine) will go directly to me.

I'm glad that I was able to be of assistance to you. :)

Cheers,
SweetTech.
Let me rephrase. I didn't mean ALL of my programs in the add/remove, I meant the ones you had me download and install. Should I leave them or remove them? It appears I have ESET & Malware Bytes still on the list. I read to keep and run the Malware Bytes once a month, I assume I should disable Webroot when I do this or is it no necessary?

You shouldn't have to disable your Webroot.

Yes, you can remove the ESET Online Virus Scanner from your Add/Remove list.

Sorry for the misunderstanding there.
