[Closed] rid the infections off external

Hey, I started a topic here a bit ago.

I ended up just reformatting the whole computer and now it works fine. But i would like to know if it possible to get rid of the viruses on my external.
I would like to use a majority of the files on my external and it would be a little difficult to get most of these back so reformatting it is a last option.

Open My Computer and Right Click on the drive and select Scan with

Scan it with your anti-virus and MBAM.

MBAM download:

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
