I use Orange Uganda and am using their software (developed by France Telecom) and their hardware - a small plug in USB modem.
Should I just format my computer?

Would be a good idea. I really don't know what is going on there. The main problem is that every logfile is clean

I never give up normally, but you will be finished in 2 hours with a reformat, this taked a long time and will take some more time.
We can try some more things if you want. If yes, please post back with a fresh OTL logfile.
