Here is the Hijackthis log
I had an issue with drivers, got bluescreens, but now managed to fix everything.
Except
I can't start Server service, even though all dependencies are already running.
and I get get the sound to work, even though the driver is installed and functioning.
I keep getting "Failed to play test tone".
Windows 7 x64bit
Laptop: HP Dv6-2190us.
I've already installed and reinstalled all the latest drivers….
everything is working fine except for the issues I mentioned above.
Can't start Server
No Sound.
If all else fails, I'm going to back up my files and reinstall Windows - which is not something I want to do right now
so, please help
and thanks in advance

Hi, sorry for posting the log without being asked…
Anyway…when I run the program and click continue, I get this error: "Line -1: Error: Subscript used with non-Array variable"
Never saw that before. Try running it in Safemode.
Safemode with Network Support
To Enter Safemode
With the computer off press the power button As the computer starts to boot-up, Tap the F8 KEY somewhat rapidly,
this will bring up a menu. Use the Up and Down Arrow Keys to scroll up to Safemode with Networking Then press the Enter Key on your Keyboard

If it still wont work then try this one
Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.
DDS.com DDS.scr DDS.pif
Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run. A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running. Notepad will open with the results, click no to the Optional_Scan Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results. Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.

I'll attach the attach.txt if requested.
Hi,
You have a ton of files running from a temp directory which really is not normal.
Please download
Malwarebytes from
Here or
Here
Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program. At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware , then click Finish . If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan , then click Scan .
[external image: Posted Image] When the scan is complete, click OK , then Show Results to view the results. Be sure that everything is checked , and click Remove Selected . When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location and post the results. Note: If you receive a notice that some of the items couldn't be removed, that they have been added to the delete on reboot list, please reboot. Post the report please
Please download
DeFogger to your
desktop .
Double click
DeFogger to run the tool.
The application window will appear Click the Disable button to disable your CD Emulation drivers Click Yes to continue A 'Finished!' message will appear Click OK DeFogger will now ask to reboot the machine - click OK
IMPORTANT! If you receive an error message while running DeFogger, please post the log
defogger_disable which will appear on your desktop.
Do not re-enable these drivers until otherwise instructed.
Next:
Please download
GMER from one of the following locations and save it to your desktop:
Main Mirror
This version will download a randomly named file (Recommended) Zipped Mirror
This version will download a zip file you will need to extract first. If you use this mirror, please extract the zip file to your desktop. Disconnect from the Internet and close all running programs. Temporarily disable any real-time active protection so your security programs will not conflict with gmer's driver. Double-click on the randomly named GMER file (i.e. n7gmo46c.exe) and allow the gmer.sys driver to load if asked. Note: If you downloaded the zipped version, extract the file to its own folder such as C:\gmer and then double-click on gmer.exe.
[external image: Posted Image]
GMER will open to the Rootkit/Malware tab and perform an automatic quick scan when first run. (do not use the computer while the scan is in progress) If you receive a WARNING!!! about rootkit activity and are asked to fully scan your system…click NO . Now click the Scan button. If you see a rootkit warning window, click OK. When the scan is finished, click the Save… button to save the scan results to your Desktop. Save the file as gmer.log . Click the Copy button and paste the results into your next reply. Exit GMER and re-enable all active protection when done.
To re-enable your Emulation drivers, double click
DeFogger to run the tool.
The application window will appear Click the Re-enable button to re-enable your CD Emulation drivers Click Yes to continue A 'Finished!' message will appear Click OK DeFogger will now ask to reboot the machine - click OK
IMPORTANT! If you receive an error message while running DeFogger, please post the log
defogger_enable which will appear on your desktop.
Your Emulation drivers are now re-enabled.

Defrogger did not ask me to reboot…
As for Gmer, as I open it, I get this error: C:/Windows/system32/config/system: the system cannot find the file specified.
Anyway, I scanned, and it didn't find anything.
After that, I reenabled Defrogger
I deleted the temp folder, and it was successfully deleted.
I don't believe my system is infected with anything, but rather, it might have some missing/corrupt files…
Anyway…I got this from the attach.txt, which might be very helpful:
