im basically using the code in the link below (wont fit into this page) but i need it reformatted to this critera


1.change the $varibles in the coding to match my newly created database.(localhost, root, fuji,) database is named mvhs has table with two fields name and name and email

2. get rid of that whole retrieval cells thing and replace it with a simple echo that tells the user on successful submiting to database. without
