It's morphed again. You need to ensure that the processes are stopped with Task Manager before proceeding with the fix. Let's concentrate on this part of the fix as it is the most important:

Press Ctrl>Alt>Delete to bring up Task Manager. Click the Processes tab and double-click the Image Name column header to alphabetically sort the processes. Scroll through the list and look for the following entries, end the process on each if found:

crfb32.exe
d3mj32.exe
ipzl32.exe

Next, click Start>Run and type Services.msc, hit OK. Scroll down and find the service called "Network Security Service". When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then OK and close any open windows.

Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':

Reboot into safe mode by tapping F8 after the BIOS has loaded, find and delete the following:

C:\WINDOWS\crfb32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3mj32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\ipzl32.exe

Boot back into normal mode. Click here to download cwsuninst.zip. Extract cwsuninst.reg from the zip file and save it to the desktop. When done, double-click the cwsuninst.reg and when asked to merge say yes.
Ok, I did what you said and there doesn't seem to be anymore problems with redirecting or pop-ups. I'm not sure if you need this, but just in case here's my new log. And if it turns out the problem has been completely corrected, is there anything on my system I need to restore or change the settings to?

Well done - you got it that time :D That's a clean log - reinstall those three files again. Also, do this: 1. Right-click My Computer>Click Properties>Click the System Restore tab>Check the box next to 'Turn off System Restore on all drives'>Click Apply>Click OK. 2. Reboot. 3. Repeat the process but this time remove the check from the box.
Thank you soooo much! :D I have just two more questions though: 1. What three files were you refering to in your last post? and 2. Can I remove the xphidden.reg and cwsuninst.reg files from my desktop since I have already merged them long ago?
These three:

Three files were also deleted from your computer by this malware and need to be replaced.

control.exe - go here and download the version of control.exe for your operating system. If you are running Windows 2000, copy it to c:\winnt\system32\. For Windows XP, copy it to c:\windows\system32\.

Download the Hoster from here. Press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK".  Exit Program.

Spybot S&D - you will also need to replace one file. Go here here and download SDHelper.dll. Copy the file to the folder containing you Spybot S&D program.

Yes you can delete those files now, the changes have been made.

Anyway, now you are fixed, how is it running?
Everything is running great, no problems at all :). Thank you, you've been incredibly helpful!! The whole existence of spyware baffles me. It's like trying to advertise by stabbing someone with a knife that has your company's logo on the blade. Again Thank You!!!!!
You're welcome - glad to help :D
