Toshiba M70

Hi Guys, I have the above laptop and am having problems with the dvd drive, it will burn cd's but although the burning program shows it as burning a dvd when it ejects the disc there is nothing burned to it (blank) any suggestions tuxedo

The drive is probably bad. They have two different lasers for CDs and DVDs. One probably went bad.

Hi Appleoddity, Thanks for that I will buy an external drive and hope all is o.k. once again thanks tuxedo
