Kaehler88,
Please rerun DDS and post the logs. Make sure that you post the complete logs. Part of the attach.txt was missing on the first one you posted.
Please click Start in the lower left of your screen
Then select Run
type: sfc /scannow (note the space) in the box.
click OK
Have your Win XP installation disc handy as if damaged files are found they will need to be copied across from your disc, if SFC can't find correct copies elsewhere.
i reformatted my pc, and installed everything new and the computer keeps restarting, firefox shuts down or "crashes" all the time my anti virus keeps error-ing out and its still running weird. should i put up a new post for you now thats it's clutter free?

If you did in fact reformat and reinstall, you should be clean.
Can you tell me what you actually did? Did you really reformat or just do a repair install? Did you really install everything new or did your transfer from backups?
i wiped the harddrive, did 3 wipes to make sure the HD was clean, then reinstalled windows SP3 it took me like 5 tries to install it because it kept restarting and giving me error screens, i did not use backup it was a complete install. some of the problems i have include, mozilla will not stay running, norton restarts the comp, keep getting error reports saying computer has recoved from a serious crash or something like that.
With a clean install, there should be no viruses. Rather than potentially waste your time with me looking for malware, I suggest you immediately post in the windows forum about your problems on a clean install. Do go ahead and post a link there back to this thread in case something hear is useful to the Tech Team. If they feel that it would be beneficial for you to continue with malware removal, they will send you back to me.
Once you post there, I will close this thread as the Tech Team is loathe to work on a machine with an active thread here. If you should need to return to malware removal, PM me and I will reopen the thread.
Kaehler88,
Good job. I'm not a text expert but this is sounding like maybe a memory problem to me. We have the best Tech Team here at WTT and I suspect they will be able to help you get sorted out.
Good luck.
