[Closed] clock resetting to 12th april 2016 1 am

The last few days my computer started resetting the time and date to 12th april 2016 1 am i have inserted a new battery but still having problems due to the time limitation i cannot complete a virus scan so i have no idea how bad this problem is so the information i can give you is limited. I am currently using windows xp home edition service pack 2. Using zone alarm for firewall protection and avast for anti-virus and at the moment i currently have spybot search and destroy installed to sort out this problem and at the moment i am really struggling as my experience with xp is very limited so i hope you can help me out with this problem. if you require as much information as you can possibly get please let me know what you need and i would be very happy to comply with your wishes.
