Been having an issue playing any DVDs without them "clipping" I guess you would call it. Stopping and then starting. Now it's happening with any video; YouTube, downloaded films etc. This is in addition to a general slowness on the notebook, especially when opening Word, Excel etc..

It doesn't appear those issues are malware related,
