Hi , welcome to the forum.

To make cleaning this machine easier
  • Please do not uninstall/install any programs unless asked to
    It is more difficult when files/programs are appearing in/disappearing from the logs.
  • Please do not run any scans other than those requested
  • Please follow all instructions in the order posted
  • All logs/reports, etc.. must be posted in Notepad. Please ensure that word wrap is unchecked. In notepad click format, uncheck word wrap if it is checked.
  • Do not attach any logs/reports, etc.. unless specifically requested to do so.
  • If you have problems with or do not understand the instructions, Please ask before continuing.
  • Please stay with this thread until given the All Clear. A absence of symptoms does not mean a clean machine.

You are still infected.

Combofix is a very powerful tool and should not be used without supervison.

Please see if there is a log at C:\Combofix.txt

Start OTS Copy/Paste the information inside the codebox below into the panel where it says "Paste fix here" and then click the Run Fix button. Do not copy the word CODE

[Kill All Processes]
[Unregister Dlls]
[Registry - Safe List]
< Winlogon\Notify settings [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE] > -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\
YY -> 888742fb691 -> C:\windows\System32\cmsetACL32.dll
[Files - No Company Name]
NY -> cnetcfg32.dll -> C:\windows\System32\cnetcfg32.dll
NY -> cmsetACL32.dll -> C:\windows\System32\cmsetACL32.dll
[Empty Temp Folders]
[Start Explorer]
[Reboot]

The fix should only take a very short time. When the fix is completed a message box will popup either telling you that it is finished, or that a reboot is needed to complete the fix. If the fix is complete, click the Ok button and Notepad will open with a log of actions taken during the fix. Post that log back here in your next reply.

If a reboot is required, click the "Yes" button to reboot the machine. After the reboot, OTS will finish moving any files that could not be moved during the fix and NotePad will open with the final results at that time. Post that log back here in your next reply.

Please post back with the
  • OTS fix log
  • combofix log if you found it
How's the computer?

Thanks
