Aton,

That appears to be the same log you posted earlier.

I need you to now run the "fix" routine.

=============

You have a nasty Rootkit onboard.

We need to run the following command to fix some malware related changes.
  • Click on Start -> Run, and copy-paste the following command (the bolded text) into the "Open" box, and click OK:

    "%userprofile%\desktop\win32kdiag.exe" -f -r

  • When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.
Nothing pops up. It says: Error "C:\Documents and Settings\Aton\Desktop\win32kdiag.exe" -f -r That's what pops up in the error Image I showed you before. Now websites say : Restricted Site! This web site is restricted based on your security preferences. Your system is infected. Please activate your antivirus software.
Aton,

Download and run a batch file (peek.bat):
  • Download peek.bat from the download link below and save it to your Desktop.
  • Download peek.bat
  • Double-click peek.bat to run it.
  • A black Command Prompt window will appear shortly: the program is running.
  • Once it is finished, copy and paste the entire contents of the Log.txt file it creates as a reply to this post.
TomK Currently cannot even get to the loading screen - using my GF's laptop right now to type this. Im gonna have to do a cmplete system wipe and then take it from there. THanks for all your help, you win some you lose some .
Aton, Unfortunately the rootkit infection you have is particularly tenacious. I'm sorry we weren't able to kill it. Would you like me to keep this thread open?
