Help!

Hi everyone, last Saturday, I recognised that my laptop was sufficiently slower than before. On top I received constant error messages of google installer. On Sunday, I started up and suddenly had AV Care running (never heard of that before), I tried to uninstall it, running an AVG 8.5 scan afterwards. It found Win32/Cryptor, as well as Trojan Horse Generic 14.AETA, Trojan Horse Downloader.Zlob.ANZY. I tried running Spybot, but it wouldn't startup, same with Spyware Blaster. I read online, that renaming the . exe could help so that's what I did. Ran Spybot, also downloaded and ran (both in normal and later in safe mode) Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SUPERAntiSpywarePro, which helped me to remove the threats … so I thought. Though last night the SUPER scan result came out clean, it still popped up this morning as I was running some more scans. I am really annoyed by now, as this has cost me a lot of time and energy.
