You didn't say what version of Internet Explorer you have installed. More info would be helpful

You can try uninstalling it via Add Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Then open IE and go to Tools> Internet Options> Programs> Manage Add ONs and remove it from the list.

Then do this.

Download Trendmicros Hijackthis to your desktop.
  • Double click it to install
  • Follow the prompts and by default it will install in C:\Program Files\Trendmicro\Hijackthis\Highjackthis.exe
  • Open HJT Scan and Save a Log File, it will open in Notepad
  • Go to Format and make sure Wordwrap is Unchecked
  • Go to Edit> Select All…..Edit > Copy and Paste the new log into this thread by using the Submit Reply and not start a New Thread.
DO NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
    [external image: Posted Image]
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected .
  • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location and post the results.
  • Note: If you receive a notice that some of the items couldn't be removed, that they have been added to the delete on reboot list, please reboot.
Post the report and also a new HJT log please

1. Try removing it via Add Remove Programs
2. Remove it in Manage Add Ons
3. Run Malwarebytes and post the log
4. Run Hijackthis and post that log also
Samaf, Please don't attach any logs or reports we ask for, just copy and paste them in to this thread. Did you fix your Babylon problem ? Run HJT and post the log please
