Virus Removal Help

im computer savvy but my sisters computer is really messed up/ the cpu usage was 100% and ithis forum is my last resort. I used combo fix already.. I don't know if this was a mistake but It usually works. It didnt this time. Please reply back. I will post logs when asked. after using combofix, the computer went back to normal for a while. It has calmed down but i have not actually solved anything. i suspect the virus is still there. the computer has had its problems this month, first virtumond, then trojans, and its been through a lot.
