Hello,
previously I was able to run firefox, (view web pages) whilst using bittorrent to download things.
This has stopped and the internet comes to a sreaming halt when bittorrent is open, even gadgets on
my desktop that show the weather no longer work. I think I also need a good firewall (other than defender),
but want to be capable of port fowarding to my router.

I realize this is not Bit torrent and there are legitimate BT uses, but this rule also applies to that.
