Hey there, my AVG(free) constantly pop ups and tells me that it has removed "Found ";"C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Cookies\hp_administrator@atdmt[2].txt. Everytime i've removed it, and it still comes back, i've also tried superantispyware, and it also can not remove it, and i've also tried deleting the atdmt file from the regisrty, however, it still came back again. Heres my HJT log, and help would be appreciated.

A cookie is a way of identifying a PC when it returns to a site, rather like a badge. A lot of cookies are specific to the site that put them there, but some site share these cookies which enables them to build up a picture of your internet usage - they enable your surfing to be "tracked", hence the term "tracking cookie". Not all cookies are "bad", but even those that are aren't anything more than an itch that you can scratch quite easily.
The reason you keep getting these detected is you keep going to sites that put them there - that's the price of surfing. A little linky.

If you remove the cookie and it reappears without you going back online, then i'd start to be intrigued, but otherwise welcome to the junk that your PC picks up online. Give the following tool a whirl as it will not only clean out a lot of boring stuff that accumulates over time, but also give you an easy way to kill those cookies:

Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune from here and save it to your Desktop.
Double click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Check the boxes to the left of:
Windows Temp
Current User Temp
All Users Temp
Temporary Internet Files
Java Cache

The rest are optional - if you want to remove the lot, check "Select All". Bear in mind that if you select the Cookies option that this will prevent the automatic logging in to any site that uses cookies to achieve this.
Finally click Empty Selected. When you get the "Done Cleaning" message, click OK.

If you use the Firefox or Opera browsers, you can use this program as a quick way to tidy those up as well.
When you have finished, click on the Exit button in the Main menu.
Navigate to the file C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Cookies\hp_administrator@atdmt[2].txt. and manually delete it and reboot the PC - does the file still exist, or has it gone?
ya i've done that already, doesn't work. Also went into the registry and deleted and traces of atdmt, and it still came back.
So what exactly is the issue? A site is placing a tracking cookie, which is just a text file which you can open with Notepad if you are interested, on your PC which your anti-virus is detecting, and you are able to delete the cookie in question. The cookie reappears after you visit the site that put it there and the process starts all over again. If you don't want the cookie, you can either block it, assuming that your browser has this option, or identify the site that puts it there and avoid it. Sorry if i've misunderstood the problem, but I don't see that you have anything to be concerned about.
