Sounds like you may be infected with spyware. The only way to tell if your infected with spyware is to post a Hijack This! log.

Please create a folder for Hijack This! (suggest "C:\HJT\") an download it (use the link in my signature) into that folder.

Click "Scan".

DO NOT "FIX ANYTHIGN WITH IT YET!!!!
FIXING THE WRONG THING CAN RENDER YOUR MACHINE INOPERABLE!!!

Click "Save log".

Post the ENTIRE contents of the log file in this thread, and someone will check it for you and reply. :)

Looks to me like this:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [drvddll.exe] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\drvddll.exe

Means you're infected with this:

http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyc…e=WORM_BAGLE.AB

And, I'd bet a pickled buffalo tongue this file is bad as well:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ssgrate.exe] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\sysdoor.exe

Make sure your virus definitions are up to date and do a full system scan.

Then, please do the online scan from Trend-Micro (use the link in my signature).

Reboot, and post a new log file along with any info on any infections found and removed (or not removed) :)
here's my new HJT log after running the online virus scan:
