:D Hi, When "nothing" should behappening my LAN is steadily uploading….something. The uploads exceed the downloads. Ran ATF cleaner and then MBM and lastly HJT as per instructions I hope. Here is MBM log : Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.39 Database version: 2421 Windows 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 20/07/2009 9:04:33 PM mbam-log-2009-07-20 (21-04-33).txt Scan type: Quick Scan Objects scanned: 101844 Time elapsed: 7 minute(s), 46 second(s) Memory Processes Infected: 0 Memory Modules Infected: 0 Registry Keys Infected: 0 Registry Values Infected: 0 Registry Data Items Infected: 0 Folders Infected: 0 Files Infected: 0 Memory Processes Infected: (No malicious items detected) Memory Modules Infected: (No malicious items detected) Registry Keys Infected: (No malicious items detected) Registry Values Infected: (No malicious items detected) Registry Data Items Infected: (No malicious items detected) Folders Infected: (No malicious items detected) Files Infected: (No malicious items detected) and HJT log uploaded as an attachment : 📎hijackthis_20090720_2232.txt I'm a bit nervous as I thought I had a pretty tight rein on net traffic with very few exceptions. Look forward to some advice ! ps. A little while ago the LAN activity LED on the modem (Linksys WAG54G) started pulsing and it pulses in sync with the packet traffic updates now - I think it use to be solid?.
