My google search has been redirecting me to sale sites for the past month.
I have tried downloading Hijackthis and Malwarebytes and can not get them to execute. The icons show on my desktop, but when I click on them nothing seems to happen.
I downloaded ERUNT - it seems to be working.
Today when I booted up the computer a blue screen came up with a boot problem messge (unfortunately I did not copy the screen).
I use Avira Antivirus software, it's scan does not show anything wrong.
I don't know what to do next, if I can't even run Hijackthis or Malwarebytes…Someone please help.

Let's get a different scan.
Please download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links and save it to your desktop.
Double click DDS icon to run the tool (may take up to 3 minutes to run)
When done, DDS.txt will open.
After a few moments, attach.txt will open in a second window.
Save both reports to your desktop.

Attach the Attach.txt report to your post by scroling down to the Attachments area and then clicking Browse. Browse to where you saved the file, and click Open and the click UPLOAD.
