Hi I'm Amy

My computer has recently been getting extremely slow. I was wondering if anyone could take a look at my Hijack Report. I do play a lot of World of Warcraft and that is how I've noticed that the performance is getting worse daily. I would appreciate any help that you can offer. Thanks a bunch.

Thanks again 8) Amy
Download Sec-Info2.zip from here and save it to your Desktop. You will need to extract the file.

Right click on the zipped folder and from the menu that appears, click on Extract All…
In the 'Extraction Wizard' window that opens, click on Next> and in the next window that appears, click on Next> again.
In the final window, click on Finish

You should now see a folder with a file in it - double click Sec-info2.vbs to run it.
Once you have been informed that the script has completed, a text file called Sec-Info.txt should be created in the same folder - you may need to wait a couple of seconds for it to appear..
Please copy and paste the contents of the text file into your next reply and then you can delete both of the folders and their contents.

The information shows that you have neither an anti-virus or third-party firewall installed, and the Windows firewall appears to be disabled - how long has this been the case?
I use a router as a hardware firewall I did have avast installed..but a few days ago uninstalled it because I thought that was part of the problem
Routers don't usually offer outbound connection control, so anything that you pick up has the ability to phone home at will. Given your situation I think the wisest thing to do is to back-up any important files and then reformat and reinstall your operating system. The lack of an AV means that any slime you have picked up has the opportunity to roam freely around your system and it is going to be impossible to know what you've picked up, what damage it has done and what information may have been sent. I suggest you use another PC and change any passwords you have used, bank, forum and gaming and also keep an eye on any accounts you have accessed and card numbers used just to make sure that nothing serious is happening. Identity theft is big business these days.
