Trojan Renos.io left a gift

Virus file found and removed, browser hijack remains. Here's the HJThis Log. (Originally attached but it lost format)

It's a nasty one. Knows when I'm looking for spyware removers, etc. Ironically it likes to send me to Stopzilla and other antimalware pages.
