[Closed] Heres a new one? Maybe

So im infected with a wonderful virus that has locked me out of everything but the net?? all exe files are locked down. At start up i can get into the control panel for about 45 sec or any files after that i get a warring that **.exe file is infected and cannot be opened. it does not matter what file or program. Ive installed a sec drive and tried to run the scans but it comes up with a couple of trojans. nothing that looks like this. help i have files i have to have off that drive and i have never encoutered this before.
