my computer is really slow, espercially the internet. and also, the speaker makes sterio noises. does anyone know what I can do to fix these problems? thanks a Lott

Hi Cheeseit,

It's been a while since you last posted. Welcome back.
Since you previously received excellent assistance with a malware infection nearly a year ago you are already aware that "slow computer' and a variety of other symptoms can be symptomatic of malware infection again.

On the other hand, you could be experiencing, hardware problems, software conflicts, driver corruption, operating system corruption, or a problem with heat if the machine hasn't been physically cleaned out.

Unfortunately, we can't help unless you provide some additional information about what may have recently occured and more about what is presently occuring.

okay, idk why but when i posted the last post, my internet was really slow but now, its not but these things are happening:

......this pops up everytime i turn my computer on:
NMIndexStoreSvr.exe <-- this is part of Nero 7 which may have experienced a corrupted installation
“” has encountered a problem and need s to close. We are sorry fopr the inconvenience

.....this pops up occasionally when im on the internet:
Windows Internet explorer: Warning!!! Your computer contains various signs of viruses and malware programs presence. Your system requires immediate anti viruses check!System security will perform a quick and free scanning of your PC for viruses and malicious programs
when I click cancel for the last one, this website pops up.. hxxp: // antovirus-pro com/ promo3 /?aid=1340&vname=Microsoft_Software <-- this is malware. don't go there

.......When I try to close this website that popped up, this comes up
Windows internet Explorer: Your computer remains infected by viruses! They can cause data loss and file damaged and need to be cured as soon as possible. Return to System Security and download it secure to your PC..Ok

.....this website also pops up occasionally: Free spyware removal reviews: "hxxp :// guide-1.net/w.php?x =JnA9ZnJlZSBzcHl3YXJlIHJlbW92YWwmcz1MJm09YiZiPWZyZWUgc3B5d2FyZSBibG9ja2VyJnU9MjA%3D&feed=2 <-- this is malware don't go there

....this message thing pops up: iexplore: invalid pointer operation

...there are still weird stereo noises, like all the time, never stops

....this also pops up.. iexplorer, Thread Error: the handle is invalid (6) ...when I try to click on serach results that pop up on google, websites about spyware removal pop up. for example: "hxxp://www.shopica com/search.php?q= blocker_free_spyware"] <-- this is malware. don't go there
