I would get rid of Casino Online as soon as I could. Look in Control Panel>Add Remove Programs first to see if there is an entry there. If so, uninstall it. then go on to delete the files with Killbox. 1. REBOOT into safe mode by tapping F8 while booting up 2 Open Killbox (All other windows closed) 3 Find and copy the full path to each CasinoOnline file (make sure you have hidden files showing as some may be hidden) into the "Paste Full Path of File to Delete" box and click "Kill File" for each file and then the folder. 4. REBOOT into normal mode 5. Search to make sure the Casino Online files and folder are gone 6. You should clean out System Restore because other programs are unable to clean any files in the backups. All Restore Points will be lost when you do this but they are probably infected anyway. Turn off System Restore. On the Desktop, right-click My Computer. Click Properties. Click the System Restore tab. Check Turn off System Restore. Click Apply, and then click OK. 7. Reboot. 8. Turn ON System Restore. On the Desktop, right-click My Computer. Click Properties. Click the System Restore tab. UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*. Click Apply, and then click OK. 9. Another bit of housecleaning that will make certain that the malware hiding in the Temp folders is gone, go to Start>All Programs>Acccessories>System Tools> Disk Cleanup. Put a check mark beside each entry in the disk cleanup window, to tell it to clean TIF, TEMP, Recycle Bin and all other entriesin the window. Clean all hard drives and all files. This will get rid of any malware that is hiding in the temporary folders. 10. You can make sure that all are gone, by checking the folders that the TIF and Temp are stored in: To do so use Control Panel > Internet Options(or right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Properties) Click Delete Files on the General Tab - place a check in the Delete all offline content box and then press OK 11. Check the following folders: C:\WINDOWS\Profiles\your account\Temporary Internet Files Delete all the files in (and any subfolders of) the C:\Windows\Temp\ folder (or go direct to the C:\Documents and Settings\userprofilename\Local Settings\Temp\ folder) 12. If there are any left then go back and repeat the steps. Now Scan again with HJT and POST a new log file here in this thread, to see if anything is left to clean. Good Luck!

Your log looks totally clean! As long as you cleared System Restore and your TIF and Temp folders you are good to go. You may benefit from reading "How Did I Get Infected In The First Place" linked at the bottom of this post for a couple of other small programs to help with your computer security. Good Luck!
