[Closed] Obscenely messed up computer

hey, I've been looking around self-help sites for computer infections because of the problems I have which make my computer pretty much useless.
I get redirected from google when ever i try to search anything, and my internet cap gets eaten up each month without me even knowing.
also my all but one of my usb ports refuse to work and claim that the 'device is not recognised'.

I've run avg,malwares anti-malware and superanit-spyware both in safe mode and normally. infections were picked up but weren't the source of my problems.
