Browser redirecting- 2nd try- jpshortstuff help!

Hello, sorry I was incredibly busy last few days so I totally understand my thread being closed. Anyways, I was able to run the dds script thing. Also, the computer is running a lot better, but there's still the occasional redirect or crash. Lastly, I tried to download XP SP 3, but it freezes like halfway through the download and says I don't have enough memory in registry, or some such thing.
