crss.exe

Dear Help Provider, I am not a techy just know the basics. I understand that my PC has crss virus and that's why its not opening, but when i press CLT+ALT+DEL I see Task Manager but if I try to delete crss, it shows an error message saying "This operation could not be completed. Action Denied." Please help me fix this issue as I have to submit some reports urgently and I can't access them. Thanx Rakesh
