I'm trying to help friend of mine cleanup his PC. He didn't have any Spyware or Antivirus protection on it, and now has managed to make a real mess of it. When I got it, there were command windows popping up all over the place, both during startup and when online. Those have now stopped, but I believe it's not clean yet. I have installed Spybot, Malwarebytes Antimalware, and Avast Antivirus, updated all of them and run scans. They have all cleaned up a ton of stuff. I have also run a Kaspersky online scan and it has found some more infections. I'm posting the HJT log and the Kaspersky report in hopes someone can help me get this thing cleaned up completely.

You may not want to read this, but the system is as good as hosed. Running a PC without adequate security has turned it into a slime magnet and the amount of crud you've already removed supports this fact.
As it is impossible to accurately identify all the malicious files that have been dropped, legitimate files replaced or infected, and security settings altered to make infection more likely in the future, the only sensible option is to reformat and reinstall the Operating System.

You'll also need to warn your friend to keep an eye on any bank accounts accessed or cards used for transactions carried out online - the PC has no firewall installed at the moment, apart from the perhaps the Service Pack 2 one which doesn't monitor outbound connections, there's nothing to stop any nasty collecting card numbers, account details and passwords and sending them home.

If it was my PC, i'd wipe it and start over, so that's what I recommend you do.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are a few free firewalls available.
Comodo Firewall Pro, available here. This download has both a firewall and anti-virus in the same package, so be sure that you uncheck the AV option if you choose to install this one.
PC Tools Firewall Plus, available here.
Online Armor Free, available here.
It is important to note that you should only have one firewall installed at a time, but you can download them all to your Desktop and install each in turn to see which one you prefer.
Understanding and Using Firewalls: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial60.html
Well, I can recommend that to them, but is there any chance of getting it clean without doing that? I know it is pretty badly infected, it's what happens when kids are allowed to run amuck with no adequate protection on the PC. I'd like to be able to present them with the cleanup option if possible, even if it takes a while.
It's not just time that's the issue here. Whether you spend one day or a week on it, a PC with that amount of crud onboard, especially bearing in mind the lack of security programs, is still going to be considered compromised and will need a reformat to guarantee a clean system.
