We are new here and trying to find out about a virus that our AntiVir picked up. It said the name of it was TR/Crypt.fkm.gen virus. We are trying to find out how to remove it. We downloaded the Hijackthis but that is no help to us. We are not computer literate enough. Please if someone can help us that would be wonderful. We have an HP computer with Windows XP Pro Essentials installed. We bought the computer used with the Original Disk included. We have installed the Windows XP twice and the virus stays with the hard drive each time. HELP!!!!
