[Resolved] Can't remove spyware/virus

Whatever I have will not let me download any malware removal tools especially from microsoft, also redirects me when clicking on search links and becomes so over run with pop-ups that system eventually freezes and I have shut the computer down manually. I've posted my hijack this log below- any help would be great.
