please help, i think my computer has Spyware and Malware

my computer has been infected with several viruses. i'm not very technical so please bare with me.

i have done the follow so far:

ATF Cleaner
System Restore
ERUNT
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Windows Update
Hijack This
