The CMOS would probably not be a factor here. Try reloading the drivers. You must remove the current ones first via Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > NVIDIA > Display Driver
THX for the quick reply
i have a winfast a340 Nvdia fx5200 so will this driver work or should i search for tht drivers
also i think my VGA onboard drivers are still installed will it make ny diff
At that NVIDIA link you can try:
Option 2: Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products.
This will find the latest updated driver for your card.
VGA drivers are not a factor.
You just need to remove your current NVIDIA driver before re-installing or installing an updated driver from NVIDIA.
This will set your screen resolution to its minimum so you will need to adjust that afterwards.
installed the latest driver as suggested by the website.
