Fixed theitem with HJT but still have problems

Hi again. TY for your assistance with the prior posts i have made. There is still a problem with outlook and email. When we send emails the emails we send come out as a big syntax mess. When we attempt attachments the same occurs. People have been getting multiple emails when we send them out from the church. Attached is a copy of our log on the church computer. Any help would be appreicated.

Also, on a separate note, I posted a log on my personal home computer. I have yet to figure what is causing the blue screen of death and whether the problem on my home pc is caused by a hardware or software issue. TY for all your help
