[Closed] CPU running at 100% Constantly

Hi there and thanks in advance for any help. My CPU on my laptop is constantly running at 100% so everything is running incredible slow. I have defragged every drive including files over 64 Mb and done a disk cleanup as well as run ccleaner but still no luck. So hopefully by posting this log you guys can help. Heres the log:
