[Closed] Spyware crashing my computer now

I have only 20 GB of space available on my 60GB C:/ drive. I think a huge chunk is being taken up by spyware logs. I noticed 2 files log_recv and log_send taking up lots of space. They keep coming back even after I delete them. I ran Adaware and hijackthis, but I'm not sure where the problem lies. Over the last few days my computer has been crashing with a blue screen. I would really appreciate any help!
