[Closed] PC is very slow. Please help!

Hello, I am new to this forum and would like some help please. My laptop has been very very slow at startup and it takes a good 3-4 minutes to open firefox, or other programs. I have downloaded spybot, antivire, advanced system care to clean the registry and I am still having the same problem. i really appreciate some feed back and help
