Looks like Lee is currently away for now.
From the my computer window, you double clicked on the J: drive and it took your straight to that window contained on those screen shots?
Also if you are looking for Documents, try Users\<Your Account's Username*>\Documents
I saw that you also had some of your files saved to the desktop. To access these files try Users\<Your Account's Username*>\Desktop
Alternatively, in your search pane if you are looking for a file with a specific extension i.e. .exe .doc .mp3 etc...
You can type *.<extension**> Then press Enter
thanks for answering me, but I don't care anymore. Lee really hurt my feelings and just ran. We were doing great, I don't understand this. I am too dumb for this. I will just live with it.
*For example Users\Public\Ducoments
** For example *.xls

Yes I will continue as long as you know I am trying my hardest, I am not lying and I am trying to Google everything. to see if I can find answers without bothering you. I have done nothing without asking first. I don't think I was ahead of Lee, I know he didn't like that. I was trying so hard to follow him to the letter. I sure appreciate you taking me on, thank you.
I did the above and what I saw is posted in #101. You say if I am looking for Documents, there is no documents listed there. I would be looking for my backed up documents and programs. I assumed when you go to your backup, your programs would be listed and you could restore one or two and see the contents. But I cannot.
This application does not compile a list of document and applications. Instead it creates a back of every file on your hard drive. When you open that image, you are seeing the entire contents of the harddrive at the time it was imaged.
Note that in the example Users\Public\Desktop most likely will not have any documents.
Instead replace Public with the username you are currently using on your computer when you logged in.

To the computer it is named K:
For these purposes when we continue assume we are working in the K: drive until otherwise noted.
Please post a screenshot of K:\Users\ on your next reply.
Also note when you click on your start button you will see the name of the user you are currently on.

Right now access protection was left enabled but in the event that you need to recover and file from the other accounts,
when exploring your reflect image, select the partition deemed <no name>
Make sure Enable Access to Restricted Folders *IS* checked and press ok
Once again however, I would like for you to go back one folder so that in the bar on the top of you windows reads K:\Users\
Screenshot:

and post a screenshot of that directory.
