his is everything I have to fix IE issues,

go to Control Panel > Internet Options. On the General tab under "Temporary Internet Files" Click "Delete Files". Put a check by "Delete Offline Content" and click OK. Click on the Programs tab then click the "Reset Web Settings" button. Click Apply then OK.

Try IE.


after doing this i was able to surf in IE but the microsoft website did not load. do you still want me to try everything else u listed above?

Do this first and if this doesn't work, do the rest. 1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options, click the Connections tab, and then click LAN Settings. 2. Under Proxy server make sure it's set to automatic detect

there is no automatic detect under the Proxy server portion of that tab. the upper portion of that window says Automatic configuration and u and click either Automaticlly detect settings OR Use Automatic Configuration script and then u fill in the address. which do u want me to check off

ok when i load http://update.micros...m/windowsupdate in IE it comes up as a blank page. when i click Windows Update it opens a new IE window and shows me www.msn.com

ok super popups everywhere from that site even with popup blockers on with that program u may want to DL it urself cause the options your telling me to choose while im in it are not even on the screen
