Sounds like you Firewall is doing it's job.


You can remove these leftover files and folders if listed:
C:\KittyFix
C:\QooBox
C:\combofix.txt
C:\combofix-quarantine-files.txt

How do I get winhelper86.dll back?

Why would want Winhelper86.dll? It's a Trojan/Backdoor

Do you know what LSPFIX is used for? It's used if your internet connection isn't working. Using it wrong can kill your internet connection." and you did not say that it was OK to leave it there. - - - - - - First I ran the LSPFIX. Then I read your posting instructions at the beginning of the thread to 'not use TOOLS such as HijackThis fix without supervision'. Then I told you about using other peoples' suggestions and then you told me to stop that. So, now I'm glad it's gone. Good! Thanks! I moved my no-sound question to the hardware forum, but no response in 3 days. I think I will have to wait until after Christmas. Thanks again for all of your help. You have provided some great, clear, almost idiot-proof instructions.
