Alright, something else came up. I can't access my "E:" drive. I think I might have done something to it when one of these anti-programs came up and I probably deleted/moved something that had to do with that drive. Edit: It brings up the "Open with" window that says "Choose which program you want to use to open this file."

What is your E: drive? Is it a cd-rom, or is it a flash drive you have plugged in, etc? The message you are getting about prompting you to choose a program to run means that there is an autorun.inf file on that drive, and a program is trying to execute when you attempt to open your E: drive. This can sometimes be a method that malware will use to spread itself on flashdrives. It will help to know what kind of drive your E: drive is. For the mean time, you can right-click the E: drive and choose Explore. This will bypass the autorun.inf file and allow you to browse the files on the drive. You will see that there is an autorun.inf file located on the root (E:\) of the drive. If this file should not be there (sounds like it shouldn't be), you can safely rename it to autorun.bak to prevent any further issues. Once you are confident that it is functioning normally, you can delete the autorun.bak file all together. EDIT: It is normal for drives, such as flashdrives, to behave this way when you plug them in. They will often have data on them and windows will automatically choose to try and open files that it finds on the drive when you plug it in.
