Open SpyBot
Click on Recovery.
Put a check on all listed, the select Purge selected Items.


Delete all HijackThis backups.

Delete the Hijackthis.exe you have now.




Please download this self extracting file to your My Downloads folder or My Received Files (dependent on your Operating System):

Click the "Save" button.

Save it to the HijackThis folder you have now.

Now go to the folder you saved HijackThis_sfx.exe in.

Double click HijackThis_sfx.exe and select Unzip. When done click "OK".
Close the WinZip self Extractor window.

Open HijackThis and select: Do a system scan and save a log file.

When the scan is finished, Click Edit> Select All> Edit> Copy> and paste its contents here [Add Reply].

No. Just the folder so you didn't have to create it again. Or you can do it this way:

After the new HijackThis download:
Please put your HijackThis in it's own folder, (I create a new folder in C:\ named HJT).
You can do a Right Click on any open area on the desktop, New> Folder, then rename the folder HJT.

Go to where your HijackThis is and Right Click on HijackThis.exe, select Cut, then open the new folder you just created (HJT) Right Click in the folder and select paste.

Delete the old HijackThis and unzip the new one. Then scan with the new one: Post a new log.

If those files aren't showing up in the registery, we are getting false readings from somewhere. I'm trying to figure out where they are coming from if not in your system anymore. I just want to be sure they're gone.

I went back to regedit and tried to delete 2 files again: navmgrd.exe and wkssvr.exe and they actually deleted. I went back and checked twice and they're gone.

Restart your computer in Safe Mode.

Press F8 after the Power-On Self Test (POST) is done. If the Windows Advanced Options Menu does not appear, try restarting and then pressing F8 several times after the POST screen.
Choose the Safe Mode option from the Windows Advanced Options Menu then press Enter.


Open CWShredder and with ALL other windows closed, click fix.


Reboot:

Go here and run online scans (all), allow them to delete whatever they find:

TrendMicro HouseCall
eTrust AntiVirus Web Scanner
Panda ActiveScan
Note any thing that can't be fixed
Reboot when done.

Empty Recycle Bin
