You can just delete those. Delete the combofix you have and try getting a new one.

Okay I tried to run a new combo fix and before the scan finished it crashed, and when I went to my computer and typed in a search for combo fix it started loading the search results, which were a lot of duplicates of the same file. And it made a bunch of duplicates of the combo fix log I just gave you before, the long one. But no new log. Should I try running it in safe mode perhaps...

Okay so it is still doing that.... but here is something strange. In safe mode when I went to disable McAfee I saw that real time scanning was already off and that the fire wall was on. I went to disable the fire wall, and when I clicked on it's setting it was already disabled and I could not re-enable it. Not only that but the recent security report it just gave me said there were three Trojans, I could post the report if you would like, but for some odd reason combo fix will not work right.

No but it wants to do a scan, should I let it do so real quick (quick scan) and see if it does any thing?

It is a paid version, granted I got it on sale (they were having a sale) I really don't think that would affect it (You get what you pay for right, lol) Hm.... let me think though, I did just update my adobe reader, and I had to do it manually (fire fox was having some issues doing it the right way) and they always offer a free trial of McAfee. There is a chance that I did not tell them to leave it out, could that be causing all of the problems I am having? Like a conflict?

McAfee AV is stopping the tools from even running. A firewall would stop you from going to a website or block the download altogether. Did wqe try a online scan already?

We did an online virus scan that found nothing, but just one. Are there any other scans that are online that I should try?
