Sometimes i'm not sure how to respond to Zone Alarm alerts. And did i make the best choice for a firewall?

It free :D and I find it a good program. Inbound alerts I just set to ignore. And if you didn't start a program don't let it out :D

Would it be dangerous to get Yahoo! Instant Messenger?

I'm not real sure I never use an IM.

I'm wondering how much time would be required for me to learn how to help others.

That depends on your ability when I started it was about a month but with the new hacks may be as long as 3-6 months.
But we would be glad to have ya.

Hello again

i am trying to maintain the improved (usually good, with IE unresponsive and neeeding to shut down sometimes) condition of my computer. As my Norton subscription is about to expire, i am wondering which free antivirus program would be best :AVG, Avast or Antivir? or another?

Thank you.

And on another note

You might enjoy this. It was described as a simple one page illustration of how your computer really works, tho i don't think that was the intention. http://blueballfixed.ytmnd.com/
