I must be snake bit.  IE downloaded the file.  When I opened it and clicked the "Look" button I got an error prompt window that said, "Script Required."

Maybe it's not related but earlier this morning I could not view some documents I scanned last month. 

 

"Windows Photo Viewer can't open this picture because you don't have the correct permissions to access the file location."

You have to copy and paste this in and then hit look

Right click on System Look and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR, when it opens copy and paste that script in and then click LOOK
